C Is For Convertible

C is for the Convertible
The one I used to own
One dark commute
One load unsecured and lost
Then found in a crunch and crumble
Bumper, skid pan, radiator
Only injured party is my car.

Who knew a bicycle
Could total a vehicle?

C is for the Convertible
The one I'm going to buy
Soft top, priced right
Ready for the first warm day
Sun filled adventure
Project cars need not apply.

  1. Sorry for your loss - I had a convertible VW Cabriolet and it was a blast! I lived 1/2 mile from the beach, and loved it! Yes, you definitely need to save your pennies and get another one!

  3. Oh, I love convertibles. I had a sweet little red Miata I loved but The Hubby said it wasn't practical and he feared for my safety...it went bye-bye and I've been sad ever since.

    1. Mine was a red Miata too. Loved it! It's only been gone a week, so I'm really missing it.

    1. I've driven with the top down in February in Washington state! I was risking some rain, but the blue sky was and yellow sun was too inviting.
